Canoa!!!

Canoa is located at the north of Manabí Province, you can go there by bus from Portoviejo (Manabi's capital) then when you get to Bahía de Caraquez you can choose between taking a boat, a ferry or a bus. Most of the people prefer to take aquatic transport to see the beauty of the bay. Then you arrive to San Vicente where you can take a bus 15 minutes to Canoa.

You have all the facilities in basic services, you can choose between staying at a hotel or even camp. There are a lot of types of places to stay for all the preferences.

You can do all the activities that you can do on the beach, such as surf, paragliding, riding horses, biking; but also Canoa has farms that offer you agricultural activities like "Río Muchacho" farm.

What you have to know is that there's no ATM in the town, the nearest one is about 10 minutes in San Vicente; so make sure to bring your money when you get there before you take your bus to Canoa.
